Its composition is based on the traditional “Sarantavotano” recipe, long regarded in Crete as a natural approach to maintaining good health. Ideal for supporting the body during colds and naturally strengthening the immune system.

The traditional blend "Hygeia" consists of 40 medicinal and aromatic herbs from Bioaroma Crete’s organic farm, carefully hand-harvested, including Dittany (Origanum dictamnus), Sage (Salvia officinalis), Aladania, Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla), Malotira, Lemon Verbena (Lippia citriodora), Mint (Mentha spp.), Basil (Ocimum basilicum), Thyme (Thymus vulgaris), Savory (Satureja thymbra), Pennyroyal (Mentha pulegium), Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia), Melissa (Melissa officinalis), Antonayda and Calendula (Calendula officinalis).

Bioaroma Crete’s organic farm applies sustainable cultivation practices. Blessed by Crete’s unique microclimate and Mediterranean winds, the herbs develop authentic flavors and rich aromas. Distillation residues are not discarded; they are composted and returned to the soil as a fully natural and powerful organic fertilizer, enhancing soil fertility and respectfully closing the life cycle of the herbs. Each leaf is carefully hand-cut by experienced local collectors, ensuring superior quality and freshness.
